Previously, while working at Ngo Quyen High School, as a school clerk, Ms. Ha signed the signatures of homeroom teachers, subject teachers, principal and vice principal of the school, then used the school's seal to stamp, increase scores, create fake transcripts of a student, illegally profiting more than 200 million VND.

Ms. Mai Thi Ngoc Ha's violations are very serious, causing bad public opinion, anger among cadres, party members and people, and damaging the reputation of herself and the party organization and agency where Ms. Ha lives and works.

Considering the content, nature, level and cause of the violation, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline Ms. Mai Thi Ngoc Ha by expelling her from the Party.

On April 17, 2023, the Investigation Police Agency, Bo Trach District Police, issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case and prosecute Ms. Mai Thi Ngoc Ha for the act of falsifying documents of agencies and organizations.
