On March 5, 2025, FamilyMart Vietnam and Popplife Joint Stock Company, a member of ROX Group, signed a cooperation agreement on "Consulting on building and operating the Loyalty system".

The signing ceremony took place with the presence of the Board of Directors of Utop Joint Stock Company, the unit coordinating the development of this system. This is an important turning point in the development strategy of the two parties with the aim of improving the quality of customer service.

Mr. Phan Khanh Toan (gray vest), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Popplife and Mr. Kirimura Akira, General Director of FamilyMart Vietnam signed the cooperation agreement.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kirimura Akira, General Director of FamilyMart Vietnam said: "In addition to improving product quality and customer service, applying technology to customer care is the top strategy of FamilyMart Vietnam. Therefore, we want to have an easy-to-use, friendly application that attracts customers to use regularly. We expect our partners Popplife and Utop to develop smart and useful applications."

With experience in developing technology platforms in the field of customer experience management, Popplife will support FamilyMart in implementing effective solutions to enhance the shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction such as: improving customer care services, building a fast and effective feedback system, optimizing customer data, loyalty programs and other smart management solutions.

In the first phase, the project will focus on establishing a customer experience system and implementing employee training programs on customer care. The next phases will include expanding digital solutions, applying AI to analyze customer data and developing incentive programs based on personal preferences.

Mr. Phan Khanh Toan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Popplife shared: "This is an opportunity for us to demonstrate our capacity in consulting to improve customer experience. We want to bring creative solutions to optimize services and attract more customers, contributing to supporting the development of the retail industry in a more modern direction."
