Gymnastics performance for the elderly in Bac Ninh province

On the morning of March 9, at Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square (Bac Ninh City), the Provincial Association of the Elderly organized an exchange and a mass performance of physical exercises for the elderly in Bac Ninh province in 2025.

The mass performance program had the participation of nearly 3,000 students and members from the Health Clubs in the province. In recent years, the Elderly Association at all levels in the province has been active, proactive, and promoted the patriotic emulation movement "Old age, bright example"; Contributing practically to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals; Especially responding to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho"; The movement of physical exercise and health care for the elderly has developed widely. The Health Care Clubs for the Elderly have gradually become a "Common Home" for the elderly to exercise, a place for useful activities and exchanges, and to encourage the movement of physical exercise in the community.
