The German Embassy in Hanoi also wished the Vietnamese women’s football team a good training period in Germany and much success at the Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

The Vietnam women's football team will participate in the 2023 Women's World Cup, which will be held from July 20 to August 20 in Australia and New Zealand. To prepare for the final round of the Women's World Cup, the team will train in Germany and Poland from June 5 to June 24 and will have a number of training matches there. The culmination of the training session will be a friendly match with the German women's football team on June 24 in Offenbach.
