On the weekend morning of November 10, the space around INSEE Vietnam's booth at the Green Vietnam Festival was filled with laughter and joy.
Garbage bags prepared at home, empty plastic bottles or old nylon bags suddenly become "tickets" to exchange for small but meaningful gifts.
Bring trash, bring gifts with INSEE
Families and friends gather together, not only to receive gifts but also to convey the spirit of environmental protection to the younger generation.
According to Tuoi Tre Online , one of the most adorable images was the moment when Ms. Nguyen Tuyet from Binh Thanh district and her two children stopped in front of the INSEE booth. The two children, with wide eyes, looked at the slot machine with curiosity and excitement.
Ms. Tuyet, with an affectionate smile, encouraged her daughter to press the dial button, gently saying: "You see, exchanging trash is not only receiving gifts but also protecting the environment, keeping our city greener and cleaner."

Just a few short seconds of waiting but enough to increase the excitement. When the machine stopped, the smiles on the two children's lips suddenly brightened, hugging the gift of a lovely pot of succulents as if embracing the joy of the green lifestyle they had just discovered.
In addition to attractive gifts such as succulent pots, raincoats, cloth bags and pens, the event is also an opportunity for everyone to experience the joy of a green lifestyle.
This will be the most special gift they have ever received, not because of its material value, but because of the environmental values they learn with their family.

Not only families, but also many elderly people and young people enthusiastically participated.
The image of Mr. Thanh (50 years old) appeared very happy when he just arrived and excitedly called "let me join the lottery".
INSEE staff smiled and instructed, "Find 5 plastic bottles and you can exchange for gifts right away. Hurry up and spin the wheel to receive gifts."

More than an event
According to preliminary statistics from INSEE Vietnam staff, from yesterday until noon on November 10, it attracted more than 500 visitors to experience and learn information.
Many INSEE Vietnam staff at the booth said that Green Vietnam Day is more than just an event, because it is an opportunity for the community to experience the joy of a green lifestyle and actively contribute to protecting the environment.
In addition, INSEE Vietnam booth also organized many useful games and activities such as mini games to learn how to classify and process waste properly. These games not only help participants gain more knowledge but also create a fun and engaging space.

INSEE Vietnam introduces the "Exchange trash for gifts" program as a close approach to help people better understand the benefits of waste classification and treatment.
In particular, collected plastic waste will be transferred to the INSEE factory for processing using co-processing technology in a cement kiln - an optimal process with temperatures up to 1,450℃, completely destroying organic compounds and safely recycling inorganic substances.
With over 30 years of experience, INSEE Vietnam has become a pioneer in the green cement production and waste treatment industry. With the advanced technology of INSEE Ecocycle solution, the company wishes to contribute to the journey of building a greener, more sustainable Vietnam.
