Artist Thu Thuy used modern graphic techniques to recreate iconic architectural works of Vietnam and Australia. In the center of the painting is the Sydney Opera House with its unique architecture with sails full of wind going out to sea, completed in 1973 by architect Jorn Utzon. This is the most typical architectural work of the 20th century and one of the most famous performing arts venues in the world, recognized by UNESCO as a World Architectural Heritage.

Artist Thu Thuy used a modern graphic style with fresh lines and colors to depict the Sydney Opera House, making the building look bright and cheerful against the backdrop of Sydney's modern architecture.

On the Hanoi side, right next to the Sydney Opera House, is the Hanoi Opera House. The construction was started by the French in 1901 and completed in 1911, modeled after the Opera Garnier in Paris but smaller in scale and using building materials suitable for the climate of Northern Vietnam. The work of the two architects Harlay and Broyer bears a strong French Neoclassical style.

Besides the Hanoi Opera House, artist Thu Thuy also depicts the One Pillar Pagoda, The Huc Bridge and the Great Church, which are typical architectural works of the capital Hanoi. The architectural works are depicted by the artist in a decorative graphic style with cheerful color blocks on the background of modern high-rise buildings covered in bright colors. The whole painting carries the spirit and style of the Australian aborigines in the starry sky, expressed by dots moving in concentric circles very vividly.

After completing the painting, artist Thu Thuy invited female artist Natalia Peraita, who lives and works in Hanoi, and teachers in the Board of Directors of Hanoi College of Commerce and Tourism to wear dresses with national flags designed by her, expressing international friendship and solidarity.

On May 31, at the Vietnam - Australia Friendship Cultural and Culinary Festival, Australian Ambassador to Vietnam Andrew Goledzinowski praised the mural "Vietnam - Australia Architectural Imprints" . The Ambassador spent time talking with artist Thu Thuy and took souvenir photos with artists participating in the Exhibition at the Festival.
