Starting 2025, Quang Nam leaders have made many visits and worked with local businesses. Thereby, they aim to further motivate businesses with the commitment to accompany and support from the Quang Nam provincial government.
In response to the interest, information enterprises will try to create more jobs, expand investment, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the province, especially the double-digit growth target that Quang Nam strives for.
According to Ms. Le Thi Nghia - General Director of An An Hoa member companies, the unit currently has 6 member companies, operating in the fields of residential area projects, factory areas for rent, industrial parks (IPs), production of concrete and precast components, construction of infrastructure for urban areas and IPs.
In 2025, An An Hoa will focus on completing 2 residential projects in Tam Quang commune, investing and putting into operation factory projects for rent; including continuing to invest in expanding phase 2 of the Karcher cleaning equipment factory project with a scale 4 times larger than phase 1.
Ms. Nghia said that An An Hoa focuses on coordinating with Geleximco Group to quickly compensate and clear the land of Tam Anh - An An Hoa Industrial Park to promote investors who are important partners of Geleximco Group.
In particular, we are working with potential investors from Germany in the field of green stainless steel production on a scale of more than 200 hectares. It is expected that the investors will come to Quang Nam this February, working with the provincial leaders to take initial steps in the investment cooperation relationship.
We propose that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to investing in the road connecting the THACO roundabout to Chu Lai Port to meet the convenient traffic needs of investors producing in Chu Lai Open Economic Zone. We will strive to contribute to the province's economic growth target of 2 digits by 2025.
Meanwhile, Mr. Maximillian Hesse - General Director of Karcher VietNam Technology Co., Ltd. (Tam Hiep Port Logistics Industrial Park), which rents An An Hoa's factory for production, said that the company currently has 300 employees.
The company has a need to expand production, but this will be better done when the provincial leaders remove bottlenecks in the logistics sector.
Mr. Maximillian Hesse proposed: “We hope that the province and the authorities will soon expand Chu Lai Port, creating favorable conditions for the import and export of components and products from this economic zone to other countries. If the import and export issues are more favorable, the company's expansion investment will be carried out.”
Early research on solutions
As a company located in Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park since 2007 in the field of electronic components manufacturing, CCI Vietnam Co., Ltd. is in need of expanding production but currently the company no longer has land to invest.
Mr. Alex Ng Chan Kok - Deputy General Director of CCI Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the company's total investment capital is 12.97 million USD, currently the realized capital is 10.6 million USD.
The company is currently providing jobs for 2,520 workers. If the provincial leaders and the Bac Chu Lai Industrial Park Management Board create favorable conditions, the company will continue to study investment expansion in another location, because the current company location has run out of land and cannot expand on the spot.
Listening to the recommendations of enterprises, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu affirmed that the Provincial People's Committee as well as functional agencies will continuously support enterprises to remove obstacles and difficulties, promote production, contribute to the economic development of the province, for the goal of double-digit growth this year.
Mr. Buu informed that many important issues affecting the comprehensive development of Quang Nam have been noted by the Prime Minister's working delegation. The Prime Minister also announced the conclusion of the working session with Quang Nam, including assigning ministries and branches to coordinate in supporting the resolution of the contents that enterprises have proposed.
Quang Nam always welcomes investors to learn, raise investment issues and will provide maximum support. Mr. Buu affirmed that any problems or recommendations from enterprises when they arise can be sent directly to the Provincial People's Committee through the industrial park investors. Thereby, the provincial leaders will promptly grasp and intervene to resolve and support, not allowing it to drag on, affecting the progress and work of investors.
