On October 10, Inspection Delegation No. 1349 of the Politburo led by Comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Inspection Delegation, worked with the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee to inspect the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Also attending the working session were Comrades: Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Duc Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
Since the beginning of the term, the City Party Executive Committee has issued Action Program No. 17-CTr/TU dated September 20, 2021 to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, setting out 17 targets, 10 solutions, and 9 implementation projects. The City Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee have innovated their thinking and leadership methods, concretizing the Resolution on the basis of closely following local realities. The work of building the Party, government and political system has been thoroughly implemented, creating many positive changes; inspection and supervision work has been focused on and drastically implemented in many aspects; socio-culture and education have been promoted, focusing on raising standards, building new rural areas and model new rural areas...
The inspection delegation highly appreciated the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee with good and creative ways of doing things, achieving many comprehensive results. The delegation requested the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee to clarify some contents in the work of disseminating the results of studying the Resolution to organizations and members; clarify the work of issuing annual resolutions according to reports; clarify good and creative ways of doing things effectively in performing tasks; the work of implementing the total social investment capital target; training local vocational workers; wastewater treatment; developing cultural industries, etc.
Speaking at the inspection session, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong acknowledged the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress of the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee. The province accepted the opinions of the Inspection Team for the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee. The city accepted the opinions raised by the Inspection Team, seriously completed and perfected the unachieved tasks. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee continued to direct party organizations to complete the report on the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress in conjunction with the goals, targets, tasks and solutions according to the action program of the province.
Concluding the inspection session, Comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong highly appreciated the seriousness and high sense of responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee in preparing documents and inspection contents; acknowledged the results achieved in the past term of the city. He requested the Standing Committee of the Uong Bi City Party Committee to continue researching and adjusting the content of the revised report according to Action Program No. 17 CTr/TU, dated September 20, 2021 of the Uong Bi City Party Committee. In which, focusing on closely following the implementation of the general targets and objectives of the Action Program set out to closely evaluate the implementation results. This is the basis for effectively implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
