On the morning of February 19, Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo held a conference to deploy the inspection of the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.
Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Permanent Deputy Head of the Delegation spoke at the meeting.
Comrades: Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Permanent Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo; Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.
At the conference, representatives of Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo announced the inspection decision and inspection plan for the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, the inspection content will focus on 4 issues: The summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees. The organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW. Thoroughly implementing and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Implementing Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo emphasized: The inspection aims to grasp the situation, urge, guide, thereby correctly assessing the advantages, limitations, and shortcomings (if any) of the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee on the inspection contents. Guide and resolve arising difficulties and problems; replicate good, creative, and effective models and practices, ensuring that party organizations fully and deeply grasp the major policies of the Party, the Politburo, the Secretariat and organize unified implementation, achieving the set goals and requirements.
In order for the inspection to be effective, practical, and in accordance with Party regulations, the Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1921 of the Politburo requested that the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee and the affiliated units selected for inspection closely coordinate, create conditions, provide complete and timely records and documents during the inspection process; proactively arrange working time for the Inspection Team to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized the role and necessity of the inspection, because the contents of the inspection are all important political tasks that the province is implementing with a serious, drastic and urgent spirit.
Determining that this inspection has a short implementation time but many contents, wide scope, and high requirements, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and related Party organizations, units, and localities to make every effort, coordinate smoothly and synchronously with each other. The Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee will seriously and fully comply with the requirements of the Inspection Team; in particular, in the immediate future, it will urgently prepare and complete the report to send to the Inspection Team to ensure progress, correct and sufficient content and data according to the suggested outline of the Inspection Team.

The Provincial Party Secretary hoped that the Inspection Delegation would closely coordinate, support and guide the Provincial Party Standing Committee to complete a high-quality report before sending it to the Delegation and coordinate to implement the steps smoothly so that the inspection would be most effective; thereby helping the Provincial Party Standing Committee continue to promote its strengths and positive aspects and promptly correct and supplement the shortcomings in its leadership, direction, implementation and execution of the Party's important directives, resolutions and conclusions mentioned above.
