Establishing 2 new Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of February 20, Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organization and personnel work.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee decided to end the activities of 8 Party delegations, 3 Party executive committees, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises; and newly establish 2 Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, including: the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee has decided to appoint the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term consisting of 19 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 7 comrades.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary.

The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee is directly under the Quang Tri Provincial Party Executive Committee, consisting of 40 subordinate grassroots Party organizations.

The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term consists of 21 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee consists of 7 comrades.

At the same time, assign and mobilize a number of cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Long Hai, Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, suggested that the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee need to focus on implementing a number of key tasks well.

In particular, focus on directing the review and consolidation of Party committees of grassroots Party organizations under the province in accordance with the structural orientation stated in Regulation 1884-QD/TU, dated February 13, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "amending and supplementing a number of contents in Regulation No. 1732-QD/TU, dated October 18, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on title standards and personnel work of Party congresses at all levels in the province for the 2025-2030 term" before February 28, 2025.

Prepare carefully and thoroughly in all aspects to successfully organize the congresses of grassroots party organizations under the Party Committee and the Party Congress of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring that in March, grassroots congresses and model congresses at the grassroots level are held in the beginning of the second quarter of 2025.
