Since the beginning of the season, Diogo Dalot and Wan-Bissaka have taken turns as right-backs for the Manchester team.
However, before the trip to City Ground, coach Ten Hag had a headache because Luke Shaw had not recovered yet, and Malacia had a knee problem.
Normally, MU's third left-back Brandon Williams would be given a chance. However, coach Ten Hag made a surprising decision, switching Diogo Dalot to play with Sancho.
The Dutch tactician's invention was surprisingly effective. Dalot played well throughout the 90 minutes and even scored the Red Devils' first goal in the Premier League this season, from a daring move into the penalty area.

Winning convincingly 2-0 against Nottingham Forest, the Manchester team rose to 3rd place in the Premier League table, 3 points ahead of the team behind, Newcastle.
