Training B2B Sales Force at Nghe An and Ha Tinh Provincial Post Offices
On March 15-16, 2025 , the Sales Channel Development Department, the Organization - Human Resources Department coordinated with the Sales Departments to continue implementing the "B2B Sales Force Training Course" at Nghe An Provincial Post Office and Ha Tinh Provincial Post Office .
Deputy General Director Le Quoc Anh chaired the training class.
With the participation of more than 100 students from Nghe An Post Office and Ha Tinh Post Office, the course provides practical knowledge and skills to help improve sales capacity and develop effective B2B business strategies, organizational structure and allocation of B2B sales force, target management and skills to approach potential B2B customers to maintain and grow sustainable revenue.
The training course provides B2B sales force with important skills such as: research and identification of potential customers, skills to approach and build trust with customers, consulting and problem solving skills, negotiation skills, monitoring and post-sale customer care...
Deputy General Director Le Quoc Anh emphasized: “The B2B customer segment is a very important segment in the revenue structure of the entire unit, so it is necessary to focus on increasing the revenue proportion of this customer group. At the same time, the two units need to conduct in-depth research, approach flexibly, and use appropriate channels to maximize the ability to close contracts.”
In addition, students are also trained in building a B2B sales team, building a sales funnel and planning, organizing B2B customer conferences, mastering the process of approaching and converting contracts with businesses as well as how to apply B2B sales in the fields of Postal Delivery, Retail Distribution, Postal Finance and building an effective B2B sales plan.
