Dien Bien Provincial Post Office deploys service of receiving and delivering results of administrative procedures on Driver's License and Criminal Record
On the afternoon of March 13, 2025, Dien Bien Provincial Post Office held a signing ceremony of cooperation with the Traffic Police Department (PC08) and the Professional Records Department (PV06) - Dien Bien Provincial Police to deploy the service of receiving records and delivering administrative procedure results (TTHC) in the field of issuing and exchanging Driver's Licenses (GPLX) and Criminal Records (LLTP).
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of Dien Bien Provincial Police, there were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Quan - Head of Traffic Police Department and Lieutenant Colonel Bac Cam Dung - Head of Professional Records Department. Representing Dien Bien Provincial Post Office was Mr. Phan Long Giang - Director of Provincial Post Office, along with leaders and officers of relevant departments of the two units.

According to the cooperation agreement, Dien Bien Provincial Post Office will coordinate with the Provincial Police in guiding and supporting people to submit applications for issuance and exchange of driving licenses online. Receive driving license applications from the Commune Police and forward them to the competent authority, then deliver the results (including driving licenses and documents) to the people. Collect old driving licenses and hand them over to the driving license issuing authority. Support people to submit online applications for issuance of Criminal Record Certificates. Receive criminal record applications from the Commune Police, forward them to the agency issuing the criminal record certificate, then deliver the results to the people's registered address.
Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Post Office and Dien Bien Provincial Police affirmed that this is an important step forward in improving the quality of public administrative services, creating favorable conditions for people to access services quickly, safely and conveniently. This cooperation demonstrates the common commitment of the two units in improving management efficiency, modernizing administration and aiming at people's satisfaction.
