After 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 24, it has helped build a solid national defense foundation, a solid national defense posture, a strong provincial armed force with comprehensive quality and high combat strength, promoting its core role in performing military and defense tasks, firmly protecting the area in all situations.

The discussions at the Conference clarified the results achieved, lessons learned, and solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations. Regarding the key directions and tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Military Party Committee determined: Focus on leading and directing Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies on Vietnam's strategic defense tasks. Promote the work of educating and disseminating national defense and fostering defense and security knowledge for all subjects. Focus on building and improving the overall quality and combat readiness of the armed forces, firmly protecting political and military targets...
On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 04 collectives and 04 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW./.
