The Company is a business operating in many different fields such as: Transportation, livestock services, construction materials, etc. Its business areas are in Bac Kan and Cao Bang. Some employees are not regularly present at the company, but the President of the Trade Union Ha Thi Hue still regularly visits, encourages, and understands their thoughts and aspirations.
She has done a good job of advising and coordinating with the company's leaders to organize the annual conference of staff, workers and laborers. She has advised on establishing a visiting fund and included it in the unit's regulations to strengthen the spirit of internal solidarity. She has made suggestions for adjusting and supplementing the company's operating regulations, internal spending regulations and proposed appropriate solutions to implement democratic regulations in the unit.
Every year, the union has gifts to encourage workers on holidays and Tet. Timely and regularly visit union members, workers, and relatives who are sick, have serious illnesses, or suffer from natural disasters. Organize activities on the occasion of holidays such as March 8, June 1, June 28, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.
Ms. Hue and the unit's union executive committee promptly disseminated documents related to the rights and benefits of workers, and welfare programs for union members. Created conditions for union members to participate in emulation movements, focusing on emulation of excellent workers, creative workers, active participation in social security work, humanitarian and charitable activities, etc. Maintained effectiveness, regularly innovated the content and forms of union activities in accordance with the actual situation of the unit.

Currently, in addition to being the President of the Union, Ms. Hue is also the Head of Human Resources, responsible for market and project accounting. Despite the large workload and high pressure, in any position she always tries to arrange her time and complete all assigned tasks well. She is also a person with a receptive spirit, knows how to listen, frankly acknowledges and corrects shortcomings.
Ms. Hue added: “To properly arrange between professional work and the union, I arrange a scientific work schedule, make detailed and specific plans. At the same time, I regularly pay close attention to the direction and management work.”
