The Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command Military School identified two breakthroughs in the new term.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Military School is united, unified, and strives to overcome all difficulties, proposes many policies and solutions to lead and direct the successful completion of the goals and tasks set forth in the Congress Resolution. The school's position and reputation are enhanced. The school is honored to receive the First Class Fatherland Protection Medal from the Party and State and many other noble awards.

With the motto "democracy, solidarity, intelligence, innovation", the 4th Congress of Military School Party Committee, term 2025-2030, determined a number of key targets: Completing 100% of the content, education - training and fostering programs, national defense - security education for the subjects.

By 2030, 95% of teachers and managers will have university degrees, striving for 35% or more to have master's and doctoral degrees; 90% or more of teachers will have command and management positions in accordance with the training goals and requirements of each subject. Strive for over 20% of teachers to meet the standards for the title of senior teacher; over 20% of good teachers and good teachers at the Ministry of National Defense level. Strive for 100% of Party members and Party organizations to fulfill their tasks every year, of which 85% of Party members will complete them well and excellently; 90% of Party organizations will complete them well or better; 100% of mass organizations will achieve good results; 100% of union members and association members will complete their tasks; 100% of units will be politically safe.

The congress also proposed two breakthroughs. These are: innovating and improving the quality of education and training; promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, building smart, advanced, standardized and exemplary schools. Building a team of teachers and managers with comprehensive qualities and capacities, meeting the standards to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

The Congress elected the 4th Executive Committee consisting of 11 comrades. Colonel Trinh Dinh Dong, Political Commissar of the school, holds the position of Party Committee Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.
