According to the report, in the first quarter of 2024, although industrial production in Dai Loc has improved, the production and business situation of some enterprises is still facing difficulties. The whole district has 20 newly registered enterprises, 28 enterprises temporarily suspended business, and 26 enterprises requested dissolution.
Winter-spring agricultural production was implemented according to plan. The work of caring for people's lives, policy families, the poor, and social protection beneficiaries was carefully implemented by all levels and sectors. The whole district admitted 54 new party members. Inspection and supervision work was focused on, contributing positively to building the Party and a strong political system.
In addition to the achieved results, in the first quarter of 2024, there are still certain limitations. That is, the progress of implementing basic construction investment projects in the district is still slow; the land source provided for implementing traffic works and expanding residential areas has not met the quality and quantity requirements; compensation and site clearance in residential areas have not been timely, affecting the construction progress of the works.
Land accumulation, concentration, and crop structure conversion are still limited; there are not many breakthrough production models that bring high economic value. The work of adjusting changes after land consolidation and granting land use right certificates for the first time due to historical reasons still has many difficulties and obstacles; resolving administrative procedures in the land sector is sometimes delayed...
On this occasion, Dai Loc District Party Committee also reviewed 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 06 dated May 4, 2021 of the 22nd Provincial Party Committee on sustainable poverty reduction to 2025, with a vision to 2030; reviewed 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 10 dated October 9, 2014 of the District Party Committee on strengthening leadership over the activities of the Front's working committee, socio-political organizations in villages and neighborhoods and the quality of activities of core and key forces; Draft Resolution of the District Party Committee on improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the area.
