At the meeting, Dai Loc District People's Committee approved the Submission on the proposal to consider the project and issue a resolution to establish specialized agencies on the basis of arranging, organizing the apparatus, transferring functions and tasks of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee.

Accordingly, it is proposed to establish the Department of Home Affairs of Dai Loc district on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the Department of Home Affairs (old); receiving the functions and tasks of labor, salary, employment, meritorious people, safety, labor hygiene, social insurance, gender equality from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the district and tasks related to ethnic affairs from the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the district.

Establish the District Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, receiving the functions and tasks of poverty reduction from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. Establish the District Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Area on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the District Department of Economy and Infrastructure; receiving the functions and tasks of construction order from the District Project Management Board and Construction Order. Establish the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Dai Loc District on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the District Department of Culture and Information; receiving the functions and tasks of science and technology from the District Department of Economy and Infrastructure.

In addition, the meeting also unanimously approved the proposals to adjust the Urban Development Program of Ai Nghia town, Dai Loc district for the period up to 2030; the Proposal on the proposal to adjust and supplement the list of works to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025 in the district and the Proposal on the proposal to unify the adjustment of the investment policy for the Dai Hoa Commune Police Headquarters project.
