(VLO) The "Lucky Invoice" program will be implemented from the second quarter of 2022 to encourage organizations and individuals to get invoices when purchasing goods and services.
Up to now, the Vinh Long Provincial Tax Department has successfully organized 11 "Lucky Invoice" drawing sessions, with a total prize value of 239.5 million VND. The invoices are randomly selected, implemented on the "Lucky Invoice" software under the supervision of the supervisory board, ensuring objectivity, transparency and fairness.
By getting an invoice when purchasing goods, consumers will be guaranteed their rights in commercial transactions such as product warranty, after-sales service, complaints and lawsuits about product quality, poor quality goods, counterfeit goods... At the same time, it will raise taxpayers' awareness of compliance with their obligations to the state budget.
Currently, the tax sector is promoting the management and use of electronic invoices for petroleum retail business activities and improving the efficiency of tax collection management for e-commerce and digital-based business activities according to the direction in Official Dispatch No. 129/CD-TTg, contributing to creating an equal, transparent and favorable business environment for people and businesses.
