Da Nang: Starting construction of Thuan Phuoc new urban area project worth nearly 11,500 billion VND

DNVN - On the morning of March 21, Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Thuan Phuoc new urban area project on an area of ​​97.6 hectares in Nai Hien Dong and Tho Quang wards (Son Tra district, Da Nang city) with a total investment of nearly VND 11,500 billion.

Mr. Truong Dinh Trung - General Director of Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company said that the project includes low-rise and high-rise residential areas (villas, shophouses, luxury apartments, modern commercial townhouses); a complex of commercial centers, 5-6 star international brand hotels, high-class conference centers; shopping, culinary, and entertainment areas (walking streets, bustling commercial service areas).

Along with that is the internal park system (green area, flower garden, landscape lake, outdoor sports area); synchronous public facilities (school, hospital, sports center, community activity area). The unique highlight is the 16.5ha thematic park inspired by the whale worshiping custom - a typical marine culture of the Central region.

The theme park is built with international standards, recreated through game areas such as a modern water park for all ages; a cultural theme area with unique folk games; thrilling game areas, family game areas, children's play areas - safe and diverse; a virtual reality game area with the most modern technology; an artistic water music performance area and outdoor events with large capacity; a sea square area and restaurants with local cuisine.

“Thuan Phuoc – Da Nang new urban area is oriented to become a modern urban area, perfectly combining trade, services, culture, entertainment and high-class living space. This will be the most attractive destination in Da Nang, contributing to making the city a bright spot for domestic and international tourism”, Mr. Truong Dinh Trung emphasized.

Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee Le Quang Nam also said that according to the development orientation, Thuan Phuoc urban area is one of the key areas in the North of Son Tra peninsula, where the potential converges to become a new center of Da Nang. The Thuan Phuoc new urban area project with modern functional subdivisions will contribute to improving the urban appearance of the city.
