Da Nang auctions "golden land" near Han River Bridge

The land area of ​​nearly 10,000 m2 on the road axis from Han River Bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong Street was announced for auction by Da Nang city, with a starting price of more than 137 million VND/m2.

Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for the land plot coded A1-2-1 belonging to the road axis from Han River bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong street (An Hai Bac ward, Son Tra district).

According to Decision No. 2621/QD-UBND dated November 30, 2023 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on approving the starting price for auction of land use rights for the Land plot coded A1-2-1 belonging to the road axis from Han River bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong street.

Therefore, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City directed the Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to organize an auction for the land.

Specifically, the land plot with symbol A1-2-1 belongs to the road axis from Han River bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong street with an area of ​​9,754.1 m2; is commercial service land (construction of a commercial center and office for lease).

Starting price for auction of Land 137,061,730 (VND/m2). Land lease form is one-time payment for the entire lease term.

Land use period is 50 years from the date of decision recognizing the auction results of land use rights. The lessee pays a one-time fee for the entire lease period.

Land plot with symbol A1-2-1 belongs to the road axis from Han River bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong street.

Currently, the land has completed site clearance and completed technical infrastructure. The project has a total investment capital of nearly 2,000 billion VND, using non-budgetary capital implemented by the auction winner.

The condition for participating in the auction of land use rights is to pay a deposit of 20% of the total value of the land plot; in case there are 2 or more companies that have cross-ownership with each other according to the provisions of the law on enterprises, only 1 company is allowed to participate in the auction.

Auction participants must also have a general report on the investment project in accordance with the functions and planning indicators, progress and total expected investment of the project; must have documents and papers proving that the minimum equity capital to implement the project is not less than 20% of the total expected investment...

Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company said that the time for selling and receiving documents is from February 22 to March 13, 2024.

Previously, Da Nang City recognized the auction results of land use rights for the land plot coded A9 on Vo Van Kiet Street (An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District).

Accordingly, the winning bidder is Deawon - Hoan Cau Housing Development Joint Venture Company Limited, located at 600A Dien Bien Phu Street (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).

The starting price of the land plot marked A9 on Vo Van Kiet Street is nearly 146,993,907 VND/m2. Deawon - Hoan Cau Housing Development Joint Venture Company won the auction for the land plot with the amount of 147,083,907 VND/m2. This price is 90,000 VND/m2 higher than the starting price.

Land plot with symbol A9, frontage on Vo Van Kiet street, has a total area of ​​1,608 m2.
