On the morning of February 21, the Danang Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade of Danang City) announced that the unit is receiving investment registration dossiers for production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster.

The dossier for receiving registration for investment in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster includes: Application for investment in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster; report on proposed investment project in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster; notarized copy of Enterprise Registration Certificate or Business Registration Certificate or document proving the legal status of the enterprise; notarized copy of information of the legal representative of the enterprise; copy of financial statements for 3 consecutive years prior to the time of investment registration in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster of the enterprise.
In addition, the registration dossier also requires a document confirming the status of social insurance participation with a list of employees participating in social insurance as of the end of January 2025; documents proving full fulfillment of tax obligations in the 3 consecutive years prior to the time of investment registration in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster; documents proving the criteria for selecting organizations to invest in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster; documents proving the capacity and experience of the enterprise and a commitment to implementing investment projects in production and business in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster.
Enterprises wishing to register for investment in production in Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster must submit their application directly to the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion of Da Nang City. The application deadline is February 26, 2025.
Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster is located in Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City, with a total area of over 58.53 hectares, the area allocated for production and business enterprises is 43.32 hectares. The location is adjacent to Da Nang High-Tech Park and concentrated information technology park; convenient traffic connection with National Highway 1A, expressway, Lien Chieu seaport.
Hoa Lien Industrial Cluster prioritizes attracting automobile manufacturing and assembly projects and related support services (warehousing, logistics, etc.); mechanical engineering projects, production of auto-related components and accessories, precision mechanics; supporting industry projects, clean industry, and environmental friendliness.
| Up to now, Da Nang City has had 2 industrial clusters receiving registration applications for operation. Previously, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City announced a list of 51 enterprises eligible to operate in Cam Le Industrial Cluster (100% occupancy rate). The enterprises are in the process of completing procedures before officially being handed over land for production activities in Cam Le Industrial Cluster. |
