The Da Nang Land Fund Development Center said it is announcing the selection of an organization to auction 123 land lots in the city. The total value of the land lots, based on the starting price, is more than 720 billion VND.
It is known that this is the second time this unit has announced the selection of an organization to auction 123 land lots. The first announcement was published on July 22.

In this list, Ngu Hanh Son district has the most with 53 lots, of which 4 lots are located at intersections, 12 lots are located at intersections, and the rest have street frontage.
30 out of 53 plots of land in Ngu Hanh Son district have two adjacent frontages on Vo Chi Cong and Luu Dinh Chat streets in Dong Tra low-income residential area (phase 3), with an area of 105 square meters and a starting price of over 47.3 million VND/square meter (equivalent to over 4.9 billion VND).
Son Tra District has 46 lots up for auction, with starting prices of 40-61 million VND/m2 on Tran Thanh Ton, Chu Huy Man, Ngo Cao Lang, Pham Van Xao, Ho Sy Phan streets...
Hai Chau District has 3 lots put up for auction. The lots in this district have the highest starting price on the list, all above 98.6 million VND/m2 (about 11 billion VND).
Lien Chieu District has 2 land lots put up for auction in the Hoa Hiep 3 resettlement area (Hoa Hiep Nam ward), with areas of 114m2 and 148m2, starting prices of over 21 million VND/m2 and nearly 23 million VND/m2 respectively.
Cam Le District and Hoa Vang District both have 9 plots of land up for auction. Thanh Khe District has a plot of land at the intersection of Ly Trien - Nguyen Phuoc Thai Street, 122.6 square meters wide, starting price 58.2 million VND/square meter (equivalent to more than 7.1 billion VND).
