Da Nang publicly discloses statement of more than 22 billion VND in support of the North

On September 22, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city publicly announced that as of the afternoon of September 20, the unit had received more than 22.8 billion VND from contributions of more than 3,300 agencies, units, organizations and individuals in the area.

The city's relief mobilization committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Da Nang city have allocated 22 billion VND to support people in the North.

Of which, the Committee transferred 13 billion VND to the account of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to synthesize, balance distribution, and support localities damaged by storm No. 3.

Da Nang supports 7 provinces: Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Yen Bai, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Ha Giang, 1 billion VND per province, the money is transferred directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces.

In addition, Da Nang city also transferred 2 billion VND to the Lao Cai Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee to support the reconstruction, construction of houses and public works of Lang Nu according to the direction of the Prime Minister.

At this point, the remaining amount is more than 847 million VND. Da Nang City will continue to receive donations to support people in the Northern provinces until 5:00 p.m., October 10.
