Da Nang prepares to put into operation the most advanced logistics center in the Central region

The project is invested by Con Ong Transport Joint Stock Company, with a total capital of 100 billion VND, licensed by the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones and implemented at Da Nang High-Tech Park. This is one of the most advanced logistics centers in the Central region at present.

The project is built on a total area of ​​over 26,000 m2, with three types of warehouses including cold storage, distribution warehouse and complex warehouse, meeting diverse storage needs, providing a capacity of up to 45,000 m3 of goods, equivalent to 31,500 tons. When put into operation, the center will reach an average design turnover of 540,000 m3/year or 378,000 tons/year, ensuring scientific storage as well as effective space optimization.

The Ong Distribution Center Project is the first modern, fully connected logistics center in the central region, at the Da Nang High-Tech Park.

The Con Ong Distribution Center is equipped with a smart warehouse management system and a transportation management system (TMS), integrating barcode scanners and automation technology to optimize operational processes. The center also applies a rooftop solar energy system to reduce emissions, aiming towards green building standards. The fire protection system is completely imported from the US and Europe, meeting national technical standards on fire safety for houses and buildings, ensuring maximum safety for goods and infrastructure.

In addition to the goods storage service, Con Ong Distribution Center also provides a full range of auxiliary logistics solutions such as: Order fulfillment, multimodal transport, customs declaration and smart inventory management. These services ensure that goods are circulated quickly and accurately, minimizing waiting time and optimizing costs for businesses.

Once operational, the center will achieve an average design turnover of 540,000 m³/year or 378,000 tons of goods/year.
