Comrade Vu Doan Ngoc Hung was born in 1981 in Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong); has a master's degree in business administration; advanced political theory. He has worked in the following departments: General - professional - budgeting, Tax accounting declaration, Personnel organization, Taxpayer support and propaganda. Before being appointed Deputy Director of the Provincial Tax Department, he was Head of Tax Inspection Department No. 1.

Currently, Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department has 4 Deputy Directors.
