- Design area: 106.61 ha, Exploitation area 102.13

- Tree species: Eucalyptus 2020, Eucalyptus TSC 2019, 2020.

1.2 Asset name: TSC 2019 Eucalyptus and 2015 hybrid acacia plantations in the area:

Sub-areas 388, 398B, 413, Tan Binh commune; Sub-area 412A, Tan Xuan commune, La Gi town, Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan.

2. Criteria for selecting a valuation organization:

- Valuation organizations must ensure the operating conditions of valuation enterprises and branches according to the provisions of law.

- Other criteria suitable for the asset are decided by the asset owner.
