Closely following the emulation theme for the period 2021-2025 "Phu Tho workers and employees promote the tradition of solidarity, constantly innovate and create, contributing to building Phu Tho province to develop rapidly and sustainably", the Trade Unions at all levels in the province have proactively coordinated closely with the authorities, professional colleagues, and employers to concretize emulation movements and revolutionary actions suitable to the actual conditions of the locality, agencies, units, and enterprises, focusing on the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Promoting technical innovation initiatives", "Professionalism, creativity, efficiency", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health", "Good at public work, good at home work"; Studying to improve qualifications and professional skills, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country and international integration associated with the Campaign to build "Loyal, responsible, honest, creative" civil servants and public employees... attracting a large number of civil servants and public employees in all fields of work and production to participate.

Implementing Uncle Ho's teaching: "Emulation and rewards are the driving force for development and an important measure to build new people, patriotic emulation must be carried out regularly and continuously every day...", in recent years, especially in the period (2021 - 2023), the patriotic emulation movement among workers and employees in Phu Tho province has had many innovations and creativity with many rich and practical forms, close to the core tasks of the Trade Union organization, creating a vibrant atmosphere among workers and employees. Thereby, arousing pride in dedication, promoting creative thinking of workers, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province and the political tasks of the Trade Union organization.
After nearly 30 years of being launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" in the province continues to affirm its effectiveness and has a wide influence on workers, especially in the production and business sector. From the movement, there have been many initiatives and technical solutions to rationalize production, improve and apply scientific and technical advances, innovate equipment and technological methods that have been applied and implemented by workers, helping units and enterprises overcome difficulties, maintain production and business, and improve competitiveness in the market.
The grassroots trade unions of the administrative and public service sectors have promoted the emulation movement "Good advice, good service" associated with the Government's slogan of action "Discipline, integrity, action, creativity, efficiency", and at the same time paid attention to effectively implementing the campaign to build civil servants and public employees "Loyal, responsible, integrity, creativity" associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Thereby, many creative and innovative ideas have been aroused in each management area of the agency and unit, contributing to promoting administrative procedure reform, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of state management, preventing and combating corruption, waste, fighting social evils, bringing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws into life.
In the fields of Education and Health, union members have actively researched, proactively innovated, and applied science and technology in their work, contributing to improving the quality of education and the quality of work protecting and caring for people's health.
Implementing the emulation movement to study and improve professional qualifications and skills among workers, over the past 3 years, the whole province has had over 24,600 trade union officials participating in training courses organized by all levels and sectors; over 277,000 workers have participated in researching, understanding and studying the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and resolutions of trade unions at all levels.
Responding to the Movement "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health", every year, agencies, units and enterprises pay attention to implementing regulations on ensuring safety, paying attention to improving the working environment; organizing occupational safety training, periodic health check-ups, examining and detecting occupational diseases for workers.
The Provincial Political School's grassroots trade union responded to the movement to build a "Green - clean - beautiful - safe working corner" in 2024 launched by the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.
Through emulation movements, the contingent of workers has grown in all aspects, increasingly promoting the spirit of patriotism, solidarity and creativity in performing tasks. The achievements through patriotic emulation movements among workers in the province over the past 3 years have been recognized by the Party, the State and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. One collective and one individual have been awarded the Second Class Labor Medal by the President; hundreds of collectives and individuals have been honored and rewarded by the General Confederation, the Provincial People's Committee, ministries, branches and organizations at all levels.
To achieve the above results, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has regularly followed the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to innovate the direction and organization of emulation movements according to the motto of focusing on the grassroots, for the benefit of union members and workers, for the sustainable development of each agency and unit; promoting collective strength in directing the movement of workers and trade union activities more effectively and practically. The emulation contents have been implemented specifically, with focus and key points, building typical models for replication in all levels of the Union.
In the period of 2021 - 2023, 17,557 scientific research topics and technical innovation initiatives of employees in the province were recognized and applied to grassroots practices. Many collectives and individuals were honored and rewarded by all levels and sectors. Grassroots trade unions proactively coordinated with leaders of agencies, units and enterprises to implement 451 product projects with an investment value of nearly 1,000 billion VND, making a profit of over 25 billion VND, contributing to improving working conditions and environment, increasing income for union members and employees, building green - clean - beautiful agencies, units and enterprises...
In order to further innovate the emulation and reward work of the Trade Union organization, improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements among employees, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the province in the period of 2023-2025, Trade Unions at all levels continue to promote propaganda on emulation and reward work in the spirit of Directive 34-CT/TW, dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo and Resolution 07/NQ-TLĐ, dated January 15, 2020 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Thereby, changing the awareness of cadres, union members, employees about the role, position, and importance of emulation and reward movements as well as the rights and responsibilities of each collective and individual in implementing emulation movements and campaigns.
Trade Unions at all levels organize and launch emulation movements with practical themes, suitable to the actual situation of each industry, unit and locality. Focus on innovating content, organization form, building specific programs, plans, and appropriate measures so that emulation movements are practically effective, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging employees to promote creativity, dare to think, dare to do, and strive to exceed the targets and tasks of each agency, unit and enterprise.
Actively coordinate closely with the government, socio-political organizations, and professional social organizations in launching and directing the implementation of emulation movements. Organize inspection, supervision, evaluation, preliminary and final summaries of emulation movements at all levels of the Trade Union and emulation clusters of the Provincial Federation of Labor; replicate good models and new ways of doing things, do a good job of motivating, rewarding, and honoring collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in labor production, and pay attention to workers directly involved in production... At the same time, continue to promote social activities, promote the representative role, care for, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; pay attention to supporting union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances, ensuring jobs, income, and stabilizing their lives.
