Binh Phuoc Trade Union: 12 target groups achieved and exceeded the plan

In 2024, with the theme "Focusing on implementing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress, the Resolution of the 13th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union on July 28", Binh Phuoc trade unions at all levels have closely followed the grassroots and proactively implemented activities with focus and key points.

Provincial Party Committee member and Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Huong Giang emphasized that the key task in 2025 is to focus on developing union members and participating in building a clean and strong Party.

The results of completing and exceeding 12 groups of targets assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, typically: 125 thousand union members and workers were propagandized, disseminated, studied, and thoroughly understood the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws; more than 188,780 union members and workers whose working hours were reduced or whose labor contracts were terminated were cared for and supported by trade unions at all levels with a total amount of about 47.78 billion VND; 10,177 more union members were developed, 88 new grassroots unions were established, bringing the total number of existing grassroots unions and trade unions to 1,361. During the year, trade unions at all levels introduced 1,648 outstanding union members to the Party organization for consideration of admission, reaching 127% of the target.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang, President of the Provincial Labor Federation, presented emulation flags to the leading blocs in the 2024 movement.

Collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good workers and building a strong trade union organization in 2024.

The conference approved the inspection, supervision and financial reports of the trade union; at the same time, thoroughly grasped some contents of the implementation of the program "Tet sum vay - Xuan ung dep Dang" At Ty 2025 with the motto "All union members and workers have Tet". It is expected that about 12,000 gifts (500 thousand VND/gift) will be given to union members and workers, with priority given to those in difficulty, low income, suffering from serious illnesses, occupational diseases, work accidents, underemployment, job loss, unpaid wages, bonuses, etc.

In recognition of the achievements, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 4 emulation flags and 18 certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good workers, building a strong trade union organization and developing union members in 2024.
