On March 25, at the Training and Mobile Battalion, the Party Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command organized a democratic dialogue with union members and youth in 2025 and honored outstanding young faces and promising young faces in the Border Guard and launched the writing contest "Proud of Dak Lak Border Guard soldiers".

Youth union members and new soldiers expressed their opinions to the leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command at the dialogue.

At the dialogue, leaders of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command and specialized agencies directly listened to the thoughts and aspirations and specifically answered the problems of union members, young people and newly enlisted soldiers.

In the spirit of democracy and frankness, the new soldiers contributed their opinions, suggestions, thoughts and aspirations to the leaders of the Command, focusing on some contents such as: The desire to serve long-term in the army; to be admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam. At the same time, they shared the difficulties in the training process; the work of ensuring the material and spiritual life of the soldiers...

The comments were received and satisfactorily answered by the leaders of the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Command's agencies, in order to ensure democracy in the unit and bring legitimate rights to union members and youth in the unit.

Through dialogue, we can promptly grasp the ideological situation, aspirations, and problems of new soldiers, and promptly resolve their opinions. Thereby, the Party Committee, the Provincial Border Guard Command, and agencies and units have policies and solutions to lead and direct the building of a united bloc, build a clean and strong Party organization, excellently complete tasks, and build a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical".

These are outstanding faces, good in expertise, profession, excellent in study and training, and have been commended by all levels for many consecutive years.

On this occasion, the Dak Lak Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command launched the writing contest "Pride of Dak Lak Border Guard Soldiers" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Traditional Day (May 23, 1975 - May 23, 2025).

Accordingly, the writing contest about border guards with the achievements and shining examples of typical collectives and individuals in performing the task of protecting the border, joining hands to build new rural areas, joining hands for the poor, leaving no one behind... The time for receiving entries lasts until May 12, 2025.
