Announcement of planning to restore special national monument in Hai Phong

Previously, on January 17, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 151/QD-TTg approving the Plan for preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of the special national relic of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple.

The planning scale includes the Central Cluster of the Special National Monument of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple with 3 main relic sites, including: Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple, Quan Trung Tan, and Kinh Thien Pen Tower with a total area of ​​10,721 hectares.

Area for promoting the value of the relic: the research area, proposed for addition to complete the technical infrastructure, landscape and center for organizing cultural activities and festivals with an area of ​​9.089 hectares (including: natural research; Nguyen Binh Khiem village pond; Nguyen Binh Khiem family church and flower garden; festival yard; reception house; service house; landscape flower garden; tram park, main parking lot).

The objective of the planning is to preserve, restore and promote the value of the special national relic of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple and the value of intangible cultural heritages associated with the relic cluster, contributing to educating the tradition of studiousness and forming a unique historical - cultural tourist destination of Vinh Bao district and Hai Phong city.

At the conference, 5 groups and 8 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the City People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in implementing and organizing planning.
