Banking and real estate stocks flourish, VN-Index continues to increase by more than 7 points

NDO - On the trading session of November 26, the market was upbeat right from the opening, in which industry groups such as banking, real estate, and securities traded quite positively with green almost covering the entire market. The VN30 pillar stocks had 26 stocks increasing, but most of them only increased slightly, preventing the main indices from breaking out. At the end of the session, the VN-Index increased by 7.43 points to 1,242.13 points.


On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased compared to the previous session, reaching more than 11,227.32 billion VND.

Foreign investors net bought 232 billion VND on the HoSE. On the buying side, FPT shares were bought the most with a value of more than 137 billion VND, followed by DPM (127 billion VND), MSN (112 billion VND)... On the contrary, PNJ was sold the most (110 billion VND), followed by DGC (78 billion VND), VCB (48 billion VND),...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with only: PLX and VHM slightly down, 3 codes: BVH, TPB, VPB unchanged, the rest all increased.

Of which, MWG increased by 1.69% to VND60,000/share, POW increased by 1.65% to VND12,350/share, BID increased by 1.54%, HDB increased by 1.42%, GVR increased by 1.29%, VCB increased by 1.2%, SAB increased by 1.08%, STB increased by 1.07%.

The remaining codes: ACB, BCM, CTG, FPT, GAS, HPG, MBB, MSN, SHB, SSB, SSI, TCB, VIB, VIC, VJC, VNM, VRE increased slightly by less than 1%.

In the steel group, only TLH decreased slightly, DTL stopped at the reference, the rest increased. Specifically, HMC increased by 1.38%, HSG increased by 1.33%, the remaining codes: HPG, NKG, SMC increased slightly,

Except for APG, the rest of the securities stocks increased slightly. Of which, AGR increased by 1.77%, CTS increased by 1.29%, FTS increased by 1.32%, HCM increased by 1.62%, ORS increased by 1.84%, TVB increased by 1.4%, TVS increased by 1.25%, VDS increased by 1.68%, VIX increased by 2.75%, VND increased by 1.08%, the remaining codes: BSI, DSE, SSI, TCI, VCI increased slightly.

The banking group traded the most actively, with no codes decreasing at the end of the session. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB, LPB, NAB increased slightly, MSB stopped at reference, OCB increased by 1.44%.

Real estate stocks closed slightly up. Of which, QCG hit the ceiling price of VND11,750/share, KHG increased by 6.7%, CRE increased by 2.06%, DTA increased by 4.37%, DXS increased by 2.38%, HDC increased by 2.4%, HPX increased by 2.09%, LHG increased by 2.47%, NTL increased by 2.19%, SRC increased by 3.22%, SJS increased by 2.81%, TCH increased by 2.62%...

Besides, industries such as: raw materials, utilities, production materials, food and beverage, distribution and retail, energy, software, consumer goods and decoration also closed in the green.

On the contrary, two industries: transportation and telecommunications closed down.

* The Vietnamese stock market index maintained a strong upward momentum throughout the session today, with the VNXALL-Index closing up 12.45 points (+0.61%) to 2,047.20 points. Market liquidity was high, with a trading volume of 555.93 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND13,365.50 billion. In the entire market, 280 stocks increased in price, 88 stocks remained unchanged, and 98 stocks decreased in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 223.70 points, up 1.45 points (+0.65%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 43.68 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND728.69 billion. The entire floor had 104 stocks increasing, 65 stocks remaining unchanged and 53 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 4.06 points (+0.86%) to 475.80 points. Trading volume reached over 25.25 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND524.24 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 21 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 4 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 92.06 points, up 0.24 points (+0.26%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 20.02 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 329.45 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 186 stocks increasing, 76 stocks remaining unchanged and 109 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 7.43 points (+0.60%) at 1,242.13 points. Liquidity reached over 573.73 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND13,192.78 billion. The entire floor had 290 stocks increasing, 67 stocks remaining unchanged and 101 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 7.28 points (+0.56%) to 1,299.22 points. Liquidity reached more than 191.64 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND5,747.95 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 25 stocks increasing, 3 stocks remaining unchanged and 2 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were DXG (over 30.23 million units), VIX (over 24.99 million units), VPB (over 18.36 million units), KHG (over 14.82 million units), HPG (over 13.18 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were EVG (6.90%), HTL (6.89%), NHA (6.84%), QCG (6.82%), YBM (6.80%).

The five stocks with the biggest price declines were TCO (-36.59%), NO1 (-6.85%), TNC (-6.39%), NHT (-5.99%), RDP (-5.84%).

* Today's derivatives market had 196,904 contracts traded, worth VND 25,739.93 billion.
