Accordingly, 500 tons of graphite ore of Vietnam Carbon & Graphite Company Limited (carbon content 92%-93%, mesh -100) were offered for sale by the bank with a starting price of VND 4,611 billion.

Specifically, VietinBank auctioned 646 consumer loans of individuals who were unable to repay and had no collateral. The total book value (principal, interest, penalty interest) of these debts was VND12.7 billion.
The starting price of these bad debts is sold by the bank at exactly the book value (principal, interest, penalty interest).
However, the bank said it would sell individual debts, some debts, or all debts together. Of these, the lowest debt had a starting price of only VND13,216. The highest debt was worth more than VND206 million.
