The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a plan to auction land use rights in 2025. Accordingly, it is expected to auction 7 land plots with a total area of over 64,300 m2.
Ho Chi Minh City issued a plan to auction 7 land plots in many localities.
Specifically, in District 3, the land and house at 453/82 Le Van Sy, Ward 12 has an area of over 66 square meters, with urban residential land use planning.
In District 6, the largest land area is at 621 Pham Van Chi (Ward 7), with an area of about 29,877 m2, with the task of planning 1/500 - developing a mixed-use high-rise building, combining offices and commercial services - hotels.
In District 11, land plot No. 402/3 Hong Bang (Ward 16) is about 37 square meters wide, with existing residential land use planning for renovation.
In Binh Chanh district, the land of Binh Chanh Hospital (old), Tan Tuc town, has an area of about 14,455 m2, with the planning mostly for new low-rise housing construction.
In Thu Duc City, the land at 84/4A, Quarter 3 (Linh Trung Ward), is 15,281 square meters wide, with 12,700 square meters of newly planned residential land, 1,921 square meters for schools and 660 square meters of traffic land.
The last two plots of land belong to functional area 13, New urban area South of the city, Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district.
Specifically, the northern land in residential area 13E is 1,802 m2 wide, planned for trade - service - office; the southern land in residential area 13E is 2,464 m2 wide, planned to develop into a trade - office business center.
According to plan, these lands will be auctioned in the third quarter of 2025.
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Land Fund Development Center to implement the plan, ensure compliance with regulations and promptly report progress, implementation results as well as arising difficulties for the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to consider and direct.
