Lot of 68 Hyundai and Mercedes-Benz cars

Agribank Tay Ho Branch has just announced the auction of a secured asset lot including 68 cars owned by Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company which are mortgaged at Agribank Tay Ho.

This batch of assets includes 55 Hyundai Starex cars mortgaged since 2019; 5 Hyundai County cars under a mortgage contract in 2020 and 8 Mercedes-Benz cars under a mortgage contract in 2019 between Agribank Hoang Quoc Viet Branch and Quang An I Joint Stock Company.

Specifically, 31 7-seat Hyundai cars and 24 9-seat Hyundai cars, first certified by the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police in 2008; are assets of Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company as collateral for Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao and Mr. Dang Huu Cuong to borrow capital at Agribank Hoang Quoc Viet Branch.

8 Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, Sprinter type, first issued with a Certificate by the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police in the period 2008-2011. This is the property of Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company as collateral for QA International Investment and Trading Company Limited to borrow capital at Agribank Hoang Quoc Viet Branch.

5 Hyundai County passenger cars were first granted Certificates by the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police in the period 2006-2007. They are assets of Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company as collateral for Thanh Cong Metal Materials Company Limited to borrow capital at Agribank Hoang Quoc Viet Branch.

The starting price for the above batch of 68 cars is 12.8 billion VND. All assets are auctioned in their original condition (including the original condition of the assets, legal status and potential risks) and in the "as is" method.

Lot 27 passenger cars from 29-46 seats

In addition, Agribank Tay Ho Branch is selling a batch of collateral including 27 passenger cars of Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company.

This batch of assets is used as collateral for loans from 2020 of Thanh Cong Metal Materials Company Limited, QA International Investment and Trading Company Limited and Nhuong Hung Company Limited at Agribank.

4 Hyundai Universe passenger cars, with Hanoi license plates, manufactured from 2009-2010, were granted the first registration certificate by the Hanoi City Police Traffic Police Department on June 27, 2014.

The above 4 cars are the property of Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company as security for the loan of Nhuong Hung Company Limited.

According to Agribank's announcement, the starting price for the entire batch of 27 cars mentioned above is more than 22.17 billion VND.

All assets are auctioned as-is (including asset condition, legal status and potential risks) and on an “as is” basis.

The person registering to participate in the property auction is obliged to review and learn about the legal documents of the property and determine the legal status and dispute status of the property and is responsible for any risks that may occur (if any).

In case of agreeing to participate in the auction, it means that the auction participant has accepted all risks regarding the purchase of the auctioned property, committed to not make any complaints, lawsuits and not have similar legal forms regarding the auction of the property as well as other contents related to the auction.

The bank and the auction company are not responsible for the quality, quantity, and legal status of the auctioned assets.

Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company operates in the transportation business, mainly providing tourist and passenger transport services by bus, in many provinces and cities across the country.

Previously, in September 2024, Sacombank had advertised for sale 101,910 square meters of land belonging to plot number 161, map sheet number 14, Hoan Son commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province (equivalent to more than 10.1 hectares) for VND 521.5 billion.

This land lot was granted to Quang An I Industrial Joint Stock Company on July 30, 2017. The land has a term of use until January 15, 2052. The land lot was mortgaged under a mortgage contract for land use rights and assets attached to the land in February 2018.
