In the first quarter of 2025, the political security and social order and safety situation in the province continued to be stable. Crimes related to social order decreased sharply, traffic accidents decreased in all three indicators compared to the same period in 2024, and there were no waterway traffic accidents. The fight against crime was deployed synchronously with many creative and effective solutions. The implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation was identified as a key task, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and building a regular, elite and modern People's Public Security force.

Implementing Project No. 25-DA/DUCA of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security on continuing to arrange and streamline the organization of the local public security apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period, the Thai Binh Provincial Public Security has arranged the organization in the direction of "Comprehensive province; strong communes, close to the grassroots". Plans, regulations and instructions are deployed synchronously from the provincial to the communal level, ensuring connectivity and avoiding interruptions. At the same time, the public security force proactively coordinates with departments and branches to receive four new functions and tasks, gradually removing difficulties and ensuring stable operations.

Along with that, the whole industry proactively grasped the situation, promptly advised and reported to the Party Committee and the government on many important policies and solutions to mobilize the strength of the political system in ensuring security and order and building the People's Public Security force, contributing to serving the socio-economic development task, especially the province's double-digit economic growth target in 2025.

Reporting to the Minister of Public Security and the working delegation, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, affirmed the important contribution of the provincial police force in ensuring political security, social order and safety, creating a foundation for socio-economic development. He emphasized: In 2025, Thai Binh sets a target of double-digit economic growth, while continuing to organize, arrange and streamline the apparatus according to the Central direction. The province hopes that the Ministry of Public Security will continue to pay attention, support and accompany the locality to perform well the assigned tasks, creating more momentum for development in the coming time.

The Minister of Public Security requested the Thai Binh Provincial Police to focus on implementing a number of key tasks: ensuring absolute security and safety during the process of rearranging and reorganizing administrative units and building a two-level government; arranging the police apparatus to correspond to the new administrative units, without interrupting work; implementing decentralization and delegation of powers according to the new model when there is no district-level police organization; advising and promptly handling internal political security issues arising during the process of rearranging the apparatus of the political system; strengthening guidance, urging, and improving the quality of the commune-level police force; continuing to implement solutions to curb and reduce crime sustainably; Pay attention to Party building work, political and ideological education, and ensure policies and regimes for cadres and soldiers.

The Minister of Public Security believes that with the high determination and sense of responsibility of each officer, soldier and the Party Committee and Board of Directors, Thai Binh Provincial Police will continue to take the lead and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
