Where should we start to fight school violence?

The image of female students in school uniforms grabbing their friends' hair, stomping on them, or using helmets to hit their friends' heads and private parts like "gangsters" really makes me shiver and scared.

Can't blame the school

Many people condemn and believe that the increasingly serious situation of school violence stems largely from the disease of achievement in the education sector. Schools try to follow trends, achievements, and rewards, neglecting or spending too little time educating students to be good people.

I realize that we really do not care about and pay attention to personality education for students. The educational environment still lacks lessons and lectures with deep humanity. Even somewhere, educators and teachers have anti-educational, offensive, negative actions and have violent actions towards students right on the podium.

However, this does not mean that school violence is entirely the fault of the school. To prevent school violence, in addition to teachers, we need the cooperation of the whole society and especially the family - the daily living environment of students.

School violence is a major challenge for the education sector.

Should I scold my child as "smart at home, stupid in the market"?

I once witnessed a young mother scolding her third grader, calling him "stupid", "smart at home but stupid in the market", who only knew how to bully and beat his younger siblings at home, but did not dare to fight back when bullied at school.

The young mother made this statement after hearing her child recount the story of a friend scratching his face while playing.

Besides, living in a family environment where parents, grandparents and adults always have violent thoughts and actions, children are more or less affected in terms of personality and character. It is understandable that children often have violent behavior towards friends and people around them to show their personality and strength.…

In short, the close, harmonious coordination between school and family, more attention to personality training... contribute to preventing school violence.
