Finalize action plans
In the journey of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, in 2025, the education sector continues to have many tasks and tasks to do.
In particular, the major task is for the Ministry of Education and Training to continue to coordinate with units to complete the Government's Action Program to implement Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW dated August 10, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW. After the Action Program is issued, plans will be developed and implementation will begin.
Currently, the Ministry of Education and Training is in the process of finalizing the Education and Training Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045, in early 2025. Together with the Action Program to implement Conclusion No. 91 of the Politburo, the education development strategy will be an important basis for the next steps of education and training development.

In the first half of 2025, the draft Law on Teachers will be submitted to the 15th National Assembly for the second time at the 9th Session.
