On the morning of January 6, Party Cell 5, Hai Ba Trung Ward (Phu Ly City) organized a summary of Party work in 2023; deployed tasks in 2024; and held a meeting with Party members 213 (Party members who are working regularly maintain contact with the Party organization and people where they reside according to Regulation No. 213-QD/TW dated January 2, 2020 of the Politburo).
Attending the conference were comrade Tran Xuan Loc, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades who are former leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors who have retired and reside in the area, along with a large number of party members in the Party cell; party members currently working in agencies and units residing in the area.
In 2023, with the spirit of solidarity, Party Cell 5, Hai Ba Trung Ward focused on leading and directing the successful completion of assigned political tasks. The staff and Party members have a high sense of responsibility in their work. The Party Cell always pays attention to ideological work; Party building work; Party inspection, supervision and discipline; leading branches and organizations to carry out emulation movements well and build a strong Party organization.
Party Cell 5 currently has 72 party members; 140 party members are working regularly and maintain contact with the locality. During the year, the Party Cell organized for 100% of cadres and party members to study and fully research the Party's directives and resolutions. The cadres and party members well implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; implemented the principle of democratic centralism, promoted the spirit of criticism and self-criticism in Party activities, and promoted the personal responsibility of leaders in performing their tasks.
Party member development work was carried out with attention. During the year, the Party cell admitted 1 new Party member. The work of propagating and mobilizing people to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and local regulations had positive changes. 100% of families in the residential area achieved the title of "Cultural Family"; 6 families achieved the title of "Typical Cultural Family"; 1 typical cultural family was proposed for commendation by superiors.
Social security work has achieved many positive results. Party cells and mass organizations regularly organize activities to visit and give gifts to policy beneficiaries and families in difficult circumstances on holidays and Tet; mobilize people to contribute to all types of humanitarian and charity funds, participate in supporting people in provinces affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, etc.
In the year-end classification assessment, Party cell 5 achieved the title of "Party cell completing its tasks excellently"; 100% of Party members completed and completed their tasks well or better; of which nearly 15% of Party members completed their tasks excellently.
Promoting the achieved results, in 2024, Party Cell 5 (Hai Ba Trung Ward) determined to continue to focus on leading and directing the excellent completion of all assigned tasks; maintain close ties with working Party members, build solidarity and attachment among the people. Building a strong and clean Party organization, the ward achieved the title of "Cultural Ward", contributing to improving and enhancing the material and spiritual life of the people.
