Chelsea raises price for midfielder Moises Caicedo for the fourth time

British media said that coach Mauricio Pochettino really wants the Ecuadorian player to strengthen his already thin midfield.

Brighton still maintains a tough stance when demanding 100 million pounds before considering "releasing the player".
