In addition, the Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province have also actively implemented propaganda work, helping cadres, members and farmers in the area better understand the importance of building and developing the Farmers' Association Fund. Therefore, the increasingly strong capital of the Farmers' Association Fund has helped the production and business activities of members and farmers in the area become more and more favorable. Through the support from the Farmers' Association Funds at all levels, thousands of member households and farmers in many localities in the province have boldly transformed the structure of crops and livestock, built effective economic models, bringing high value and profit. Thereby, models and projects from the People's Credit Fund have contributed to promoting agricultural production, effectively promoting the existing potentials and strengths of the locality.

In 2024 alone, the People's Credit Fund at all levels increased by 5,432 million VND, bringing the total capital of the People's Credit Fund under management in the province to over 53,479 million VND. From the above capital source, every year, the Association at all levels promptly approved and disbursed loans to support members and farmers with more resources to invest in production and livestock development. At the recent dialogue conference with farmers with the theme: Arousing the desire to get rich to build a prosperous and happy country, confidently entering a new era, the Prime Minister directed to continue to remove institutional bottlenecks, perfect mechanisms and policies on land, taxes, fees, charges, and credit capital to create conditions for agricultural and rural development. Pay attention and focus on planning work, especially sectoral planning, planning of industrial zones and clusters serving agricultural production and processing. Focus on solving mechanisms and policies on credit capital and agricultural insurance, promoting the formation of linkage chains in agricultural production. At the same time, there are solutions to focus on opening the agricultural product market, especially the Halal food market, prioritizing the building of agricultural product brands. Promote the application of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, and the development of artificial intelligence in the agricultural sector, while enhancing innovation in vocational training towards training high-quality human resources and transferring human resources from the agricultural and rural areas to the industrial and urban areas. In particular, remove current difficulties and bottlenecks in production and organization of agricultural production to unleash farmers' resources to successfully build ecological agriculture, modern rural areas, and civilized farmers.

Focus on prioritizing the formation of many large-scale and effective agricultural cooperatives and cooperative groups. Develop mechanisms and policies to promote sustainable marine farming and seafood exploitation. Have solutions to protect aquatic resources and biodiversity in fishing grounds, focus on thoroughly resolving EC recommendations to remove the Yellow Card in 2025, prevent and strictly handle illegal fishing vessels abroad. In particular, create more favorable conditions for farmers, increase the dissemination of information on land policies for ethnic minorities, provide extensive guidance for farmers to grasp and apply these new land policies to develop family economy, rural economy, etc.
