In a post on her personal Facebook on March 26, actress Cat Phuong expressed her anger when social media spread rumors that even though they had "gone their separate ways", she still asked Kieu Minh Tuan to borrow hundreds of millions of dong.
The actress confirmed that it has been more than 2 years since she and Kieu Minh Tuan announced their breakup. She only asked the actor to notarize the power of attorney to sell the house once, and it had nothing to do with borrowing money.

"If the writer of this article got information from Kieu Minh Tuan himself or Kieu Minh Tuan's sister that after announcing the breakup, I called Kieu Minh Tuan to borrow money, please give me proof," Cat Phuong was indignant.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Cat Phuong said that this information was posted on fanpages, so it was difficult for her to find the person spreading the rumor to resolve the problem.
The actress of the movie "Mother's Happiness" added that because of these false rumors, she received a lot of curses from the public. She hopes that the audience "does not bring up old stories" because currently both she and Kieu Minh Tuan are living a happy and peaceful life.
