Tuition fees at Northern Medical and Pharmaceutical schools in 2024 are specifically as follows:

Hanoi University of Pharmacy: 15.2 - 150 million VND/school year

In the 2024-2025 school year, the tuition fee for Pharmacy at Hanoi University of Pharmacy remains at 24.5 million VND/school year. The remaining majors including Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry and Biotechnology have tuition fees ranging from 15.2 to 21.2 million VND/school year, an increase of about 1.7-2.7 million VND compared to last year.

For the Pharmacy joint training program with the University of Sydney, Australia, students will study for 6.5 years, including 3 years in Vietnam and 3.5 years in Australia. After graduation, students will receive a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Hanoi University of Pharmacy, a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and a Master of Pharmacy Practice degree from the University of Sydney.

Tuition fees at Hanoi University of Pharmacy are 150 million VND/year, while at the University of Sydney, it is based on the international student fee, about 56,000 AUD (equivalent to about 944 million VND) per year. All students participating in the program are awarded a 20% tuition scholarship.

Hanoi Medical University: 15-55.2 million VND/school year

According to the announcement of Hanoi Medical University, in this school year, tuition fees for the school's majors range from 15 to 55.2 million VND/school year. Of which, the majors of Medicine, Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch), Traditional Medicine, and Dentistry have the highest tuition fees of 55.2 million VND/school year.

Compared to last year, the tuition fees of two majors, Dentistry and Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch), doubled, from 27.6 to 55.2 million VND, because the school moved from a group 3 autonomous unit to a group 2 autonomous unit that ensures regular expenses.

Of the three new majors the school opened this year, including Psychology, Dental Technology, and Midwifery, Psychology has the lowest tuition fee of 15 million VND/school year. The remaining two majors have tuition fees of 41.8 million VND/school year.

University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Hanoi National University): 27.6-55 million VND/school year

Tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) are expected to be VND55 million/academic year for Medicine; VND51 million/academic year for Pharmacy. The remaining majors have tuition fees of VND27.6 million/academic year. The school said that the roadmap for increasing tuition fees each year will be implemented according to the Government's Decree.

Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine: 27.6 million VND/school year

In the 2024-2025 school year, the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine will increase tuition fees compared to last year. Specifically, the tuition fee applied to all three training majors of Medicine, Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy is 27.6 million VND/school year.

Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy: 31.2 - 41.3 million VND/school year

Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy plans to collect tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year for Medicine, Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy at 41.3 million VND/school year; for Preventive Medicine, Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology at 31.2 million VND/school year.

Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy: 27-45 million VND/school year

Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy has announced the expected tuition fees for students enrolling before the 2023-2024 school year and students enrolling in the 2023-2024 school year.

Specifically, tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year for Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy are about 35-45 million VND/school year; Preventive Medicine and Traditional Medicine are about 32-39 million VND/school year; Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology have tuition fees from 27 to 35 million VND/school year depending on the course.

Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced that the tuition fee for new students this year ranges from 36 to 46 million VND/school year. Of which, the tuition fee for majors in the Medical and Pharmaceutical sector such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry and Preventive Medicine is 46 million VND/year; the tuition fee for majors in the Health sector such as Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Midwifery, Medical Imaging Technology, and Rehabilitation Technology is 36 million VND/year.
