Dien Bien TV - On the evening of March 22, at the National Monument of Ban Phu Citadel, Noong Het Commune, the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Dien Bien District held the opening ceremony of the 11th District Ethnic Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival in 2025. Attending the ceremony were Comrade Cao Thi Tuyet Lan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Dien Bien District Party Committee; Comrade Lo Van Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with many people and tourists.

The 11th Dien Bien District Ethnic Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival in 2025 has officially opened; This is an annual cultural event that Dien Bien district has maintained since 2012, aiming to contribute to preserving, promoting, introducing and promoting typical cultural values, along with traditional sports of the community of 11 ethnic groups living in the whole district. This is also an opportunity to meet, exchange, strengthen the great national unity bloc, mobilize the joint efforts of all people in the work of preserving and promoting traditional cultural values; contributing to building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity.

With the participation of over 500 artisans, actors, and athletes from 21 communes in the district, at this year's Festival, delegates, people and tourists will be able to visit and experience many unique cultural activities such as: Mass art festival; Ethnic costume performance and immerse themselves in captivating xoè and sap dances; at the same time, they can also participate in watching and cheering on sports competitions and folk games; visit booths displaying and promoting cultural products, handicrafts and OCOP products typical of the district... In particular, the Festival also has the participation of artisans and actors from the provinces of Bac Giang , Hoa Binh and Thai Binh...
