Located on a land plot with a "golden" location in block A1-2, Constrexim Complex"> Cau Giay Urban Area and located at the Mai Dich steel overpass intersection with 3 frontages: Ring Road 3 (Pham Hung), Xuan Thuy and Tran Quoc Vuong, the land plot implementing the Constrexim Complex project makes many people regret because it has been abandoned for decades.

According to the investor, the Constrexim Complex project is a complex of luxury apartments, serviced apartments and a commercial center with 45 floors and 3 basements.

Constrexim Complex includes 1 office building, 3 apartment buildings with a 5-storey service and commercial podium, 3 basement floors for parking and technical systems.

According to research, most of the project's land was previously the area of the temporary Dich Vong Hau agricultural market and the student night market in the evening. But in 2019, the investor rushed to clear the land to implement the project.
