Manulife Vietnam pays 3.6 billion VND in insurance benefits to customers in Nghe An

On July 4, 2023, at the headquarters of Vietinbank Nghe An branch, 3.6 billion VND in insurance benefits were handed over by Manulife Vietnam Life Insurance Company to the representative of the family of customer TCT (residing in Vinh City, Nghe An Province).

Previously, with the goal of equipping a financial protection solution in risky situations, TCT customers participated in the insurance product "Prosperity Support" of Manulife Vietnam distributed through Vietinbank.

Immediately after receiving information about the unfortunate death of a TCT customer, the Manulife Vietnam team visited and encouraged the family, and quickly helped the family complete the insurance claim form. After conducting the necessary verification and inspection procedures, the company proceeded to pay the customer's family representative the insurance benefits under the contract with a total amount of 3.6 billion VND.

Sharing at the meeting, Mr. THI, the family representative and biological father of the customer, expressed his emotion when receiving timely support from the consultant and Manulife Vietnam.

Mr. I. said that his family was very saddened by the sudden passing of his son and could not help but worry because his son was not only the main breadwinner of the family but also took care of two young children of school age. The money received from the life insurance payout was the necessary financial support to help the two children continue their studies in high school and university.

Since the beginning of the year, Manulife Vietnam has been constantly striving to accompany customers through the payment of insurance benefits. Most recently, the company has also awarded a total of more than 1.5 billion VND in insurance benefits to a customer in Hai Duong and a customer in Nam Dinh.

In 2022, Manulife Vietnam paid nearly VND 7,000 billion in insurance benefits to customers, demonstrating its commitment to providing Vietnamese people with practical support when it is needed most.
