In the 2024 high school graduation exam, if a candidate arrives more than 15 minutes late after the test start time signal, he/she will not be allowed to take that exam.
If a candidate becomes ill during the exam, the exam supervisor will ask the exam supervisor to take the candidate to the medical room of the exam site and make a record of the abnormality, collect the exam questions, exam papers, and scratch paper of the candidate, preserve them and submit them to the head of the exam site after the exam.
If during the exam session a candidate is sick and cannot take the exam and the candidate voluntarily does not submit the exam (the candidate is considered absent from the exam), the exam invigilator will not collect the exam paper of that subject from the candidate, and the candidate will not sign the Exam Paper Collection Form.
If a candidate has a special emergency and cannot continue the exam, the exam invigilator will make a record of the abnormality, collect the exam questions, exam papers, and scratch paper of the candidate, keep them and submit them to the head of the exam site after the exam.
Candidates who violate the regulations to the extent of being suspended from the exam, the exam invigilators in the exam room will make a record, collect the evidence (if any) and report to the head of the exam site to decide on the form of suspension. Candidates who are suspended from the exam must submit their exam papers, exam questions, scratch paper, evidence (if any) to the exam invigilators and leave the exam room immediately after the decision is made.
Candidates who are suspended from the exam are only allowed to leave the exam area when the exam time is over. The exam papers, exam questions, scratch papers, and evidence (if any) of the violating candidates are sealed separately and submitted with the minutes to the head of the exam site (not put in the exam bag).
In case the evidence is a device that can receive and transmit information (such as a mobile phone, high-tech equipment, etc.), the head of the examination site is responsible for preserving it and reporting to the Head of the Examination Board to coordinate with the police agencies to take appropriate and timely measures. The temporary detention and handover of evidence will be handled by the police in accordance with the provisions of law.
In case the exam supervisor opens the exam bag and discovers the wrong exam paper or the exam paper of the upcoming exam is mixed in, the exam supervisor immediately puts the exam paper back in the bag and promptly reports to the head of the exam site (through the exam supervisor), the head of the exam site makes a record and immediately reports to the Examination Board for instructions. During that time, the exam supervisors will have the candidates sit in an orderly manner in the exam room and not leave the room.
The principle of “4 rights - 3 no’s” in the graduation exam is specifically as follows: “4 rights” are: correct exam regulations and instructions; correct and complete procedures; correct assigned positions, responsibilities and tasks; correct timing to promptly handle unusual situations and incidents. “3 no’s” are: no negligence, subjectivity; no excessive stress and pressure; no arbitrarily handling unusual situations and incidents.
