On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the education sector in the past school years. With the efforts and endeavors of the entire sector, the quality of education in schools has been increasingly improved through the results of exams; many teachers are dedicated to their profession, have many innovations and initiatives in teaching, contributing to improving the quality of education in the province.

He affirmed that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee will continue to pay attention and create the best conditions for the province's education in general, educational institutions and teachers in particular. He hoped that teachers would continue to make efforts, overcome difficulties, better fulfill their responsibilities, and contribute to further improving the quality of education in the area.

Recalling the incident that happened at the Department of Education and Training recently, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council said that this is a very profound lesson for the managers of the Thai Binh education sector. With the viewpoint of falling down, standing up there, he suggested that the whole sector must learn from deep experience, constantly improve the prestige and quality of education to raise the level of Thai Binh education higher and higher compared to the region and the whole country.

He suggested that the education sector should closely follow the spirit of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 4, 2013 of the 11th Central Executive Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. Build a truly safe, friendly and disciplined educational environment; build a team of teachers with increasingly high levels of knowledge. Focus on developing both cultural education and moral and personality education for students. Promote the training and education of knowledge about cultural history, about the good traditions of the school, the homeland and the country with many rich and practical forms, helping students understand and appreciate traditional and historical values, creating a solid foundation to become honest and humane people, with cultural knowledge and basic skills to live well and work effectively.

He requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels regularly pay attention and provide leadership to better care for the material and spiritual lives of teachers, and pay attention to the infrastructure system so that the province's education can increasingly develop, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
