In 2024, Dai Loc will have 100% of agencies, units and enterprises registering for cultural titles. As a result, 39/40 agencies, 64/65 units, and 11/14 enterprises met cultural standards, reaching a rate of 95.79%. During the year, the District Labor Federation also inspected and recognized 68 "Agencies, units and enterprises" meeting cultural standards in the first year; 7 "Agencies, units and enterprises" meeting cultural standards in the third year and 17 "Agencies, units and enterprises" meeting cultural standards in the fourth year.

The District Labor Federation proposed that the Provincial Labor Federation consider and issue a decision to recognize 10 "Agencies, units, and enterprises" meeting cultural standards for the 2-year period (2023 - 2024) and 12 "Agencies, units, and enterprises" meeting cultural standards for the 5-year period (2020 - 2024).

On this occasion, the conference commended and rewarded 12 agencies, units and enterprises that achieved cultural standards for 5 consecutive years in the period of 2020 - 2024 and 12 individuals with many achievements in the "Movement to build agencies, units and enterprises that meet cultural standards in 2024".
