The last show of Monsoon Music Festival at Thang Long Imperial Citadel took place in 2019. After 4 years, through many fluctuations and disruptions due to the pandemic, the Monsoon Music Festival has returned to the Thang Long Citadel event.
The program was held at Thang Long Imperial Citadel - where the audience witnessed fiery performances in the chilly monsoon weather.
Singer Pham Anh Khoa became the main vocalist, and together with Buc Tuong, brought the audience back to immortal songs such as: Nameless Road, Passing Summer, October, or Long Trips, Balance...
Rock fans showed their love by raising their hands, singing and dancing along to the songs performed by Buc Tuong. Some young people shed tears when listening to the songs that have become associated with the Buc Tuong brand.
Thanh Xuan (33 years old, Hanoi) was moved when she saw the band's logo on the LED screen. She said she had listened to Buc Tuong's music since her student days and was inspired by the group's songs.

Since the death of singer Tran Lap, along with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Thanh Xuan has not had many opportunities to watch Buc Tuong's shows. This Monsoon International Music Festival has helped her relive her youth.
Encouraged, the band Bức Tường played music even more passionately. Anh Khoa's powerful, individual voice and Tran Tuan Hung's captivating guitar made the whole stage explode.
Guitarist Tran Tuan Hung shared that the band always feels excited when standing in front of an audience, but performing on the stage of Hoang Thanh Thang Long gives them a different feeling.
"In the autumn sky, looking far away at the Hanoi flagpole - a historical landmark of the capital, we had a very strange feeling. When the music started, the audience and we were in sync with the beat," said the male artist.
The group participated in the program at the invitation of musician Quoc Trung. Tran Tuan Hung said that after leader Tran Lap passed away, Buc Tuong seemed unable to continue, but they were strong enough to maintain their vitality.
After 28 years of debut, the group still has new plans and goals to conquer. "We have always maintained that ideal since the beginning. That may be the reason why the director found The Wall suitable for the program," he said.
Buc Tuong, founded in 1995, is a band that many audiences call "Vietnam's rock legend". To date, the group has released 7 studio albums. After leader Tran Lap passed away in 2016, the band decided to continue operating.

The audience at Thang Long Imperial Citadel saw a very lovely and playful Suboi, alongside the image of a strong, edgy female rapper.
The show ended with a performance by the Taiwanese band Sunset Rollercoaster. After the excitement brought by the previous bands and artists, Sunset Rollercoaster took the audience on a "roller coaster" of different emotions with a total of 12 songs.
The second night of Thang Long Thanh Hoi, which is also the final night of Monsoon Music Festival 2023, will take place on October 22 with the participation of 5 artists and artist groups: GoodLuck, Forgotten Future, Vu., Lydmor, and Ngọt.
The highlight of the event is Ngọt's 10th anniversary performance, which is also the group's third return at Monsoon Music Festival 2023.
